Brewster Associates was established in 1985 as a sole practitioner operating from a single office. Since then a successful expansion plan has resulted in the purchase and refurbishment of a new Head Office building in Wallasey and the opening of four other centrally controlled satellite offices. This ensures that a comprehensive service is provided across the North West and North Wales.

From initial inception, the company has focused its expertise in the areas of insurance related buildings damage due to subsidence and peril claims in both the domestic and commercial sections. We also provide services to domestic clients during the house purchase process and to large housing stock clients.

We are a multi-disciplined practice containing not only Structural Engineers but also Building Surveyors, Party Wall Surveyors and Planning Supervisors.

Our aim is to provide a ‘total solution’ for any type of building claim whilst providing the flexibility to allow our client to pick and choose individual functions when required.
