I have been a partner in Brewsters for 15 years following a successful career in retail management including Lewis’s Ltd and Thorntons plc, an industry very much concerned with customer service and customer satisfaction.

My role within Brewsters nowadays is “behind the scenes” dealing with administrative issues, including interviewing and staff support such as accounts and health and safety.
